Halve uncertainty. Corner the cause.
Financial and operational consulting for business owners and the professionals who advise them. We look for the cause behind the number, then set the monthly check that catches it if it returns.
Most finance problems are not mysteries. They are searches, and a search can be cut in half.
The method
Bisection
Bisection is how an engineer finds a fault. Rule out half of what could be wrong, then half of what remains, until only the cause is left. We apply it to a business's numbers.
- 01
Frame the question
Write down what is wrong in one sentence, with a number attached. If it cannot be written that way, that is the first finding.
- 02
Cut the space in half
Use the books to rule out half of what could be wrong before anyone is interviewed. Most of the noise leaves here.
- 03
Test the half that matters
Reconcile, sample, trace. Keep only what survives the evidence, then cut again.
- 04
Corner the cause
Name one cause. Fix it, and set the monthly check that catches it if it returns.
What we run
Services
- 01 Harness For CA practices Monthly workings, ledger scrutiny and reconciliations, prepared by AI agents and delivered to the practice's WhatsApp. The practice reviews the work and decides what goes out in its name.
- 02 CFO Desk For owners A finance head, part-time. The books closed every month, the figures that matter on one page, and a short report on what changed and why.
- 03 Cross-border finance function For Gulf and US businesses Monthly close, indirect-tax workings and a CFO's reading of the numbers, run from Kottayam. Where local law requires a licensed adviser to file, the filing rests with that adviser.
- 04 Root-cause diagnostics For one specific problem A single engagement for a margin that moved, cash that leaks or a cost nobody can explain. We cut the search down to the cause and hand over the fix the evidence supports.

Start with the question.
Put the question in one sentence, with the number attached. We will say plainly whether bisection fits it.
